The road frontage comprises a vegetated buffer with plant species that complement the built form and the
streetscape character, whilst maintaining casual surveillance opportunities, as shown in Figure 12 and 13.

The bulk, scale and mass of the design has been reduced through the inclusion of physical breaks, vertical
landscaping, varied materials and projections along each building. Balconies have been suitably separated
and have included feature privacy screens to reduce overlooking and to orientate the outlook to the street.
