DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION – SUSPERSEDED PLANNING SCHEME

DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR OPERATIONAL WORKS (SIGNAGE) - PYLON SIGN
139 EUMUNDI NOOSA ROAD, NOOSAVILLE
LOT 2 ON SP294726


This Development Application for Operational Works (Signage) accompanies a request to Council for a
superseded planning scheme to apply to the application on the above land.

This application is required to accompany the superseded planning scheme pursuant to section
29(5)(b) of the Planning Act.

In respect of this development application, please find included and attached:

          DA Form 1;
          A description of the proposed signage (below);
          Relevant plans identifying the site and the proposed development (Attachment 1);
          An assessment below addressing the applicable assessment benchmarks (below);
          A Visual Assessment by Carl Safstrom of Project Urban (Attachment 2); and
          Registered plan showing easements on the lot (Attachment 3).

Once Council confirms it will agree to assess the application under the superseded planning scheme, I
will arrange for the application fee to be paid.

Subject Site

The subject site is described as Lot 2 SP294726 and is located at 139 Eumundi Noosa Road, Noosaville
– refer Figure 1 below.
