                                                               Waste storage areas are located behind the existing
                                                               garage.

                                                               Carparking for 2 vehicles is available on site in the
                                                               garage with a paved area at the front of the site
                                                               suitable for one additional space.




Overlays

The site is mapped as being affected by the Acid Sulfate Soils and Bushfire Hazard Overlays.
These overlays do not impact on the proposal as the proposal involves the use on an existing
building.
