As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission
is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home, whilst keeping our
neighbors happy and the home in great condition for all our guests. We truly appreciate if

This accommodation is for residential purposes only, functions or parties (big or small) are
strictly not permitted and penalties apply.

This is a duplex half and we and our guests are by law required to abide by the Body
Corporate rules. These state behavior that impacts on the enjoyment of other residents is
not permitted.

Please park in the double garage, parking in the driveway is also prohibited by body
corporate.

The duplex is in a residential area, please no loud music, shouting or bad language at
anytime, Please be respectful not to disturb our lovely neighbors. Strictly no noise or outdoor
activities from 9pm. We discourage you to book if you may not be able to comply with this.
Additional charges will be applied to your booking if we receive a noise complaint and
security is called. If you do not reduce the noise level at this time, authorities and Airbnb may
be contacted for your removal off the property should noise complaints be received.

The number of occupants must not exceed the number agreed to at the time of the booking.
lf you wish to have additional guests please contact us for approval.

Our aim is to ensure you really enjoy your stay and that the property is in the very best
condition for your holiday. The owner will not be responsible for any injury suffered to a
guest, or visitors of a guest.

All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
Children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times.
All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you.

We want you to enjoy the pool area, but to avoid injury, please no bombing or running.
Children are not allowed in the gated swimming pool area without an adult actively
supervising in the space for safety. No drinking glasses or bottles are to be taken in to the
pool area - only plastic items allowed. !n addition please, no dogs are allowed in the
swimming pool please, people only.

Any sports equipment, baby equipment or toys supplied are there for your enjoyment but
used at your own risk. The host cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained from using
the equipment.
