5. CONCLUSION
The application is consistent with the relevant provisions of the Sustainable Planning Act 2014
and The Noosa Plan and does not raise any particular concerns. The applicant has made
amendments to the initial proposal that address the assessment team’s concerns in relation to
visual clutter in Noosa River that may be caused by the proposed works.
