REPORT
1. PROPOSAL
The proposal seeks approval for as constructed building works within the 4.5m setback to the
Noosa Waters canal. The encroachment consists of 4 concrete plinths, 4 steel columns
supporting the roof and a portion of the upper level timber deck of the partially constructed
dwelling. Table 1 below summarises the extent of the encroachments.
