BCC revenue is currently slightly behind budget ($785) while expenditure is $6,707 less than
budgeted levels. The major expenditure variance occurred in Building & Facilities maintenance
which is $11,436 underspent, however after allowing for an overspend of $6,705 on contractor
services for the building’s alarm, these two accounts end up being $4,731 under budget.
