Applicant’s Request
We request that condition 2 removes the “as annotated by Council” wording from the table of the
listed approved plans and retains the clean copy of the Facilities Building Level 1 – Floor Plan
prepared by Blackburne Jackson Design, as all noise control and management measures for the
building have been detailed within the Noise Impact Assessment and Noise Management Plan.
