In addition, the applicant proposes an additional change to Condition 2 to update the following plan
to reflect the Block 14 Basement (Unit 1401) as constructed.




Assessment of Request
The annotation on the plan is in reference to specific operating hours conditioned under the below
Condition 83 a. iv. (refer to Figure 1), amended through the previous minor change application.

The request to change the above approved plan to remove the annotation is supported– refer to
the below section of the report regarding Condition 83 for further details.
In relation to the change to Block 14 – Basement – Floor Plan prepared by Blackburne Jackson
Design, the updated plans reflect the Basement as constructed.
