The visual impact of the facility when viewed from dwellings within the wider
area will be minimal given the separation distances afforded to the facility, the
existing mature vegetation in the area, and the undulating terrain. Figures 7.8
to 7.12 illustrate views towards the proposed facility from several perspectives
in the surrounding Cooran area. Photograph locations can be seen in
Figure 7.7. Photomontages have also been provided in Appendix F.
