Figure 7.8 illustrates the view towards the proposed facility from Tablelands
Road from the south (separation of approximately 200 m) and the proximity of
the proposed facility in relation to the existing Telstra facility and dwelling at
226 Tablelands Road.
As illustrated in Figure 7.8, the existing Telstra facility is not readily visible due
to vegetative backdrop and screening provided by mature vegetation in the
area. It is anticipated that the proposed facility will be obscured from screening
provided by mature vegetation, with only the upper limits of the proposed facility
visible from this location.
It is not anticipated that the proposed facility will be visible from the dwelling at
226 Tablelands Road due to the separation distance, mature vegetation
providing screening to the facility and undulating topography of the area.
