         4.1.1.1.             Rainwater Tanks
The roof area of each of the proposed dwellings is modelled as draining into a minimum 3kL rainwater reuse tank
that will be plumbed for internal and external reuse. Each tank is to be fitted with a first flush diverter to remove the
typically sediment laden initial volume from the tanks.

The tanks will be plumbed for internal and external reuse which has been modelled in accordance with the MUSIC
guidelines. The reuse demands have been determined as follows with all cabins considered a permanent residential
style dwelling.

     -    Internal Reuse demands:

               o    All homes are assumed to be fitted with full water saving devices,

                         ▪    26L/Person/day for laundry

                         ▪    21L/Person/day for toilets

               o    1 Bedroom units

                         ▪    1.6 persons/dwelling = 75.2L/day

               o    2 Bedroom units

                         ▪    1.9 persons/dwelling = 89.3L/day

               o    4 Bedroom (Existing) dwelling

                         ▪    3.4 persons = 159.8L/day
