RFI - Attachment 3 - Stormwater Management Plan

 INTRODUCTION
RECOR has been engaged to prepare a Stormwater Management Report to accompany a development application
for an affordable housing development located at Lot 2 RP 200519 (55 Carpenters Road, Cooroy), which is located
in the Noosa Shire Council local government area. The proposed development will result in 33 sites containing 1
and 2 bedroom relocatable cabin dwellings with an existing dwelling on the site also retained.

This report investigates the stormwater management considerations for the proposed development site and
assesses how the run-off from the site is to be managed in accordance with Noosa Shire Council requirements for
stormwater drainage.

This document has been prepared with consideration for the following specifications, guidelines and reports:

     •    Noosa Plan 2020

     •    Water Sensitive Urban Design Technical Guidelines for Southeast Queensland

     •    State Planning Policy 2017

     •    Queensland Urban Drainage Manual (QUDM)

     •    International Erosion Control Association (IECA) Best Practice Erosion and Sediment Control document
