Area 1

Area 1 Subject site and surrounding residential lots. The area been generally cleared at site and
balance to be managed as part of development; established areas have managed and cultivated
urban gardens. The vegetation is low threat vegetation per AS 3959-2009, Clause 2.2.3.2(f).

Area 2

Area 2 is forest structure vegetation in unmanaged condition, at the far side of the electricity
easement

Area 3

Area 3 is cleared grassland that is maintained in mowed. The electricity easement and helicopter
landing areas are located here.
