3. Proposed Management Agreement Extension
The current managers of the Campground (Beachfront Caravan Park Pty Ltd) have been
managing the campground since 1 August 2012. The original management agreement was for a
three year term with 2 X 1 year options. Both one year options were accepted by the Manager
with the second option expiring 31 July 2017.
