Projects currently underway or being delivered across the capital program includes:

   Lake Macdonald – Noosa Botanic Gardens Shade Structure
   Sunrise Beach – Orealla Bridge Renewal
   Whole of Shire – Bus Shelters
   Noosa North Shore - Beachfront Campground Redevelopment
   Hinterland Playground, Cooroy (planning & design)
   Peregian Beach, Public Amenities upgrade

In addition to the above-mentioned projects, delivery of the 2019/20 road reseal program with a
budget of $3.6m, has already completed $2.3m or 64% of the program across both coastal and
hinterland sealed road networks in the first quarter.

2.    Planning and Procurement Stages
A significant amount of resourcing in the first quarter of the financial year has focussed on the
planning and procurement stages of projects. This is reflected in the financial statement in the
$5.3m of commitments raised so far this financial year. There are a significant number of projects
within these phases and include but are not limited to the following projects:
 Tewantin, Hilton Terrace intersection upgrade
 Sunrise Beach, Orealla Bridge Renewal
 Noosa Heads, “The Woods” Bin Storage Enclosure
 Black Mountain, Black Mountain Road Reconstruction
 Sunrise Beach, Ben Lexcen Park Playground Renewal
 Peregian Beach, Community House and Carpark
