Noosa Springs Real Estate Pty Ltd is part of the GH Australia Group, which owns the Noosa Springs
Golf and Spa Resort, and wishes to develop a full service, luxury hotel on the site with a total of 112
rooms, which would likely enter the market in 2023. The hotel will support the existing golf club and
spa and ensure they continue to maintain the very high standard that has been developed. New
investment into the new hotel and associated infrastructure will support the growth and expansion
of Noosa as a destination.
