               CURRENCY PERIOD
               2.     The Currency Period for this development approval lapses if the development has not
                      substantially started by 13 August 2028, unless an application to extend the currency period
                      is approved by Council.
               SITE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
                      Erosion and Sediment Control Plans
               3.     Submit a site-specific Erosion and Sediment Control Plan in accordance with the
                      International Erosion Control Association’s (IECA) Best Practice Erosion and Sediment
                      Control and prepared by a suitably qualified person (RPEQ and/or CPESC). The Plan must
                      be submitted prior to the commencement of works.
               4.     Prior to the commencement of bulk earthworks:
                      a.      a hold-point inspection is required with a Council delegate to review that the erosion
                              and sediment controls on-site generally reflect the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan.
