               2.1. Site History
               This application relates to higher-order approval for reconfiguration of a lot (application ref:
               RAL19/0014), lodged with Council 20 May 2019 and deemed properly made under the Noosa Plan
               2006.
               The proposal sought to subdivide the existing 2ha site into nine (9) residential lots, including the
               construction of a new local access road (cul-de-sac) and the establishment of a vegetation
               covenant over the rear portion of proposed Lot 8 (Figure 3).

               At the time the application was made the site was located within the Mary River Catchment locality
               and zoned Detached Housing, the application was subject to code assessment. The zoning of the
               site and surrounding area is shown in Figure 4.
