There is no expected adverse impact on the amenity associated with the collection of waste
from the development. Waste collection can be conducted in line with Noosa Council
requirements.

4.3 Servicing Manoeuvres

The design vehicle turning paths have been considered for the staged development and
ensure that the waste collection vehicle (HRV) can safely manoeuvre at each stage of the
development. For Stage 1, the HRV will enter the site via Taylors Court, undertake a three-
point turn at the end of Stage 1, and collect the Stage 1 bins in a front-on orientation before
exiting the site in a forward direction (See Appendix B). With the construction of Stage 2, the
HRV can extend its path into this area, where adequate space is available to safely manoeuvre
and service the bins (See Appendix B). Upon completion of Stage 4, the HRV is able to drive
through the site in a clockwise direction to the northern portion of the site, with the turning
paths confirming that the vehicle can manoeuvre within this stage and return to the site access
in a forward direction (See Appendix B).

Servicing for an articulated vehicle (AV) has been provided where the AV can safely
manoeuvre by reversing in and forward out as shown on turning paths (Appendix B).
Temporary AV parking has been provided in Stage1 until Stage 4 has been built.
