                   determination of Part A becomes effective on the basis that Council has no
                   interest in Part B of the proceedings.

            Seconded: Cr Joe Jurisevic
            That the report of the General Committee dated 15 May 2023 be received and the
            recommendations therein be adopted except where dealt with by separate
            resolution.

                                                                        Carried Unanimously.
