          b) Compaction equipment may be accepted for the following wastes:
                    1. mixed waste (other than glass);
                    2. cardboard or paper;
                    3. plastic or aluminium containers; and
                    4. putrescible waste - provided a specialised refrigerated compactor is used.
          c) Plans for the installation of compactors must be submitted for the approval of Council’s
              Waste Management Officer.
