Town planning report

       The site is surrounded by a mixture of commercial, retail, health care and medium
       density housing. A 3.2m wide drainage freehold lot abuts the entire length of the
       northern boundary—Lot 26 on RP72829. There are four townhouses on the
       opposite side of the drainage lot which are oriented towards the north and away
       from the site.

       Lot 1 on RP131598 is listed on the Environmental Management Register, but not on
       the Contaminated Land Register, due to existing service station use; Lot 21 on
       RP72829 is not listed on either register. Necessary remediation works would be
       undertaken during construction.
