The report provides key information relating to projects within the 2024/25 Capital Works Program
and confirms the delivery status of some projects undertaken during this quarter.
It is to be noted that the Financial Summary provided in this report is for project lifecycle progress
i.e. a major project funded over multiple years, and which commenced in an earlier financial year,
may be significantly further progressed than the 2024/25 financials indicate.

Current Financial Year Projects

Major Projects
Major projects that have achieved substantial progress or reached significant milestones during Q1
of the 2024/25 financial year include:
      • Cooroy, Sports Complex Entrance Upgrade – Design stage commenced
     •   Noosa Heads, Dog Beach Sand Nourishment Works – Reached completion
     •   Noosa Heads, Lions Park Amenities Upgrade – In final stage of delivery
     •   Noosa Heads, Garth Prowd Bridge Renewal – Reached completion
     •   Noosaville, 90 Goodchap Street Office fit out – In final stage of delivery
     •   Peregian Beach, Skate Park Upgrade – In final stage of delivery
     •   Sunrise Beach, 56 Low Way Retaining Wall – Procurement preparation
     •   Tewantin, Doonella Bridge Renewal – Funding secured
