           Access Arrangements and Trip Generation
            Lot 2 SP 143409 at 314 Cooroy Mountain Road, Cooroy
     | refer to our meeting with Council offices held on Monday 18'" November 2013 and
    further traffic engineering advice regarding the number of trucks generated from the
     site and the access arrangements into the site.

    The conditions of approval require a change due to ownership changes and changes
    to the operational management of the business. The proposed bottling plant will be
     scaled back and therefore changes to conditions, 5B, 5C, 5F, 5G, 8, 12 and 13 are
     required as the specific numbers of staff and trucks has been reduced. From a traffic
     engineering perspective a review of the existing access has been undertaken in order
    to recommend an amendment to Condition 8 of the approval.

            Condition 8
            The applicant shall relocate the existing site to a location between 80 and 110
            metres east of the existing access on Cooroy Mountain Road, to the
            reasonable satisfaction of Council.

     Proposed Development
    The proposed development includes a bottling plant with between 3 to 5 staff
     permanently on site.
