                                    All wastewater generated from the dwelling and factory office
                                    facilities are to be diverted to the existing septic tank located
                     .              geographically downslope of the waste generating facilities. The
 Treatment Standard:                existing septic tank is to be converted to a pump station, with all
                                    collected wastewater pump to an STP capable of treating the
                                    wastewater to a Secondary or Advanced Secondary standard.
 Land Application System:           Surface (heavy droplet) Irrigation System
 Land Application Area:             500m irrigation area

                                    A diversion drain/bund and/or cut-off drain is to be constructed up
                                    slope of the land application area in order to intercept both surface
                                    and sub-surface water prior to entering the land application area.
                                    A retention mound is to be constructed downslope of the land
                                    application area to prevent any surface water from exiting the

                                     Grease trap to be installed.
                                     Existing Septic System to be converted to a pump station. Effluent to
                                     be pumped to the new STP. Locate sanitary drainage line from office
                                    facilities / toilets and plumb to pump station.
