Procedure for Corrective / Preventative Action:
Actions are documented on the Rectification Action Plan IMS-05-69 and issued to the supervisor or relevant

Compliance Manager for review. If any actions are not closed out in the nominated period, the rectification action
plan is to be sent to the Compliance Manager with the outstanding items highlighted. At the discretion of the
Compliance Manager, an outstanding item may be added to the Continuous Improvement Register IMS-06-05
for further follow up, closure and/or identification to Senior Management. Where this occurs, it will be
documented in the Bi-Monthly Meeting Minutes IMS-05-78.
If further items are identified that may impact the company business, the Compliance Manager may also raise
these items at the Senior Management Bi-Monthly Meeting and will be raised on the continuous improvement
register IMS-02-25.
Corrective / preventative actions raised on the Continuous Improvement Register IMS-02-25 are to be closed
out within the guidelines and timeframes, as specified in the continuous improvement register. It is the
Compliance Manager’s responsibility to ensure that outstanding actions/items on the continuous improvement
register are closed out. Monitoring of site specific corrective / preventative actions will be documented on the
Project Compliance Audit IMS-05-76, in line with section 5 of this plan. Outstanding corrective / preventative
actions will be identified in the audit. Any company wide issues, requiring lessons learnt to be communicated
