▪   Project Inspections - Project Inspections are undertaken by the WHSE Advisor on a monthly basis through
    the use of Iauditor. Inspections are conducted in consultation with a member of the project management
    team, a ground worker, and a subcontractor’s representative (if applicable). Inspections are carried out to
    monitor compliance of this WMP and associated procedures. Action items resulting from the inspection are
    discussed and actioned by the Project Management Team.
▪   Project Reporting – It is the responsibility of the WHSE Advisor to conduct a monthly report on the project.
    The report is submitted to the Compliance Manager for review. Feedback resulting from the report is passed
    onto the Project Management Team and relevant information discussed with project staff. The report is
    documented on the Project Compliance Report Form IMS-05-29
▪   Senior Management Observations – Senior management observations are carried out as per the
    requirements of section 10 of this WMP.
