5.0 Conclusion

This traffic report has assessed impacts at the Woodland Drive / David Low Way intersection as a result
of proposed office building and community use building at Rufous Street, Peregian. It is concluded that
the existing intersection has sufficient capacity to operate in a satisfactory manner with the proposed
development fully operational.

In addition, the proposed quantum of 42 parking spaces for the proposed IT digital hub buildings would
be sufficient to accommodate design parking demands.
