Existing vegetation to be retained where possible. Large existing
trees have the potential to retain existing site character.

Streetscape planting where services allow and to Council
specifications. Turfed verge with street tree species such as
Cupaniopsis anacardiodies. Street trees to provide shade to
pathway and off-street car parking, provide scale and further
screen the development.

Deep planting zones. Refer to figure 2 for Landscape Plan.

 

Exposed aggregate pedestrian pathway to meet existing
providing access to development and connecting hardstand
areas, Streetscape colour palette to match existing treatment.
All streetscape finishes to be to Council Specifications.

Proposed memorial location. Potential to incorporate feature
sandblasted pavement memorial design to reflect memorial
and create development character.
