Existing vegetation to be retained where possible. Large existing
trees have the potential to retain existing site character.

 

Streetscape planting where services allow and to Council
specifications. Turfed verge with street tree species such as
Cupaniopsis anacardiodies. Street trees to provide shade to
pathway and off-street car parking, provide scale and further
screen the development.

   
   

Entry gardens will feature accents of Strelitzia reginae and
Cordyline species to delineate entry points, soften building
facade and create development style.

Deep planting zones to front and side of development to
provide landscape screening and create development
character. Landscaped screening to feature mass groundcover
species eg. Lomandra species and Dianella caerulea. Accent
species to include Cordyline and Alpinia species and
philodendron xanadu. Hovea acutifolia and Syzgium species will
be incorporated to help to create a soft aesthetic but defined
edge to the site. Small-medium palm species to further screen
the development and larger feature plantings (where services
allow) of Pandanus tectorius and Elaeocarpus reticulatus to
create development style.

Exposed aggregate pedestrian pathway to meet existing
