Role of the Sunbus Passenger Assistant
   Coordinate movement of buses/passengers to avoid overcrowding;
   Offer assistance with routes, times and which side of the stop to wait at;
   Offer timetables;
   Offer PT Guides;
   Advise passengers to complete the FHB survey; and
   Remind drivers to press buttons to record passenger data.
