Please find attached the Operational Works Application for 83 Bulter Street Tewantin (lot 1 on RP 864131).

The operational works includes the following elements:

  *   Condition 9 Property access and driveways
  *   Condition 11 Stormwater drainage
  *   Condition 12 electrical and telecommunications services

Attached to support the application are the following items:

  *   Completed form 1.
  *   Civil plans noting the roofwater connection and driveways prepared by MPN
  *   Electrical plans prepared by Ampflo
  *   Communications plans prepared by Ampflo
  *   Owner’s consent for application
  *   Existing easement details

The Qleave is currently being calculated. The Qleave payment receipt will be forwarded to Council before the approval is intended to be issued.
