     C 12 Lake 45 m monopole nbn investigated locating a 45 m
Cooroibah monopole at 12 Lake Cooroibah Road,
            Road, Cooroibah.
            Cooroibah
Due to its location further south of
the targeted service area, it was
determined that a facility in this
                                               location would not provide reliable
service to the targeted premises in
                                               Cooroibah.

This proposed location is likely to
                                               result in degraded coverage/a
complete loss of service to numerous
                                               properties, particularly premises
                                               along Murchinson Lane and McKinnon
Drive. Premises in these areas would
receive a signal strength that is 1/10th
the signal strength that Candidate A
                                               can deliver, which represents an
                                               extremely week signal incapable of
                                               connecting those properties to the
                                               Fixed Wireless network.

As such, Candidate C was determined
to be unfeasible, and was discounted.

     D Northern end of 45 m monopole nbn investigated locating a 45 m
Lake Cooroibah monopole at the northern end of Lake
            Road. Cooroibah Road.
This particular area was subject to a
                                               higher density of existing
                                               development in comparison to
                                               alternative candidates, meaning a
new facility at this location would be
                                               in close proximity to several
                                               dwellings.

Further, while Candidate A is oriented
to the rear of the community with
residences facing away from it, this
location is oriented in front of many
                                               properties, increasing the potential
                                               for visual intrusion.
