Application for a Development Permit – Material Change of Use (Impact Assessable) for a ‘Telecommunications Facility’ located at 23 Jirrima Crescent, Cooroibah (Lot 46 on RP136461)

Please find attached a development application for a Material Change of Use (Impact Assessable) for a new 40 m monopole (telecommunications facility) at the abovementioned address. Payment for the sum of $26,436 will be made direct to the assessment manager via a spilt payment using both cheque and credit card. A cheque for $25,944 was posted directly to Council on 2 September 2016. If you could please contact me to pay the remainder of the fee via credit card, it would be greatly appreciated. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
