Figure 20: Photomontage illustrating the general location of proposed facility looking west from Jirrima Crescent (separation distance of approximately 360 m) The visual impact of the facility when viewed from dwellings and roads within the wider area will be minimal given the considerable separation distances afforded to the facility, as well as the dense vegetation in the wider area. Figures 22 to 24 below illustrate views towards the proposed facility from several perspectives in the surrounding Cooroibah area. Photograph locations are identified in Figure 21 below. As illustrated in the following figures, views of the facility will be sufficiently obscured as a result of the sparsely development, vegetated nature of the Cooroibah area. As such, the facility will not adversely impact upon the area’s scenic and landscape values. Page 64
