        through greater pedestrian activity (limiting site users from back of house entrances).

Figure 8 and Figure 9 show the current configuration of the eastern courtyard, which sits adjacent to
the subject thoroughfare. This area is generally inactivated, and the thoroughfare serves little reliance
for access to the internal tenancies.
