                         Amendments         The above plans must be submitted to Council for agreement prior
                                            to a prestart meeting and incorporate the following:
                                                   c.      Updated landscape plans that provides a minimum 1.2
                                                           metre set back of all walls located along the George
                                                           Street frontage to allow for meaningful landscape along
                                                           the front boundary.
                                                   d.      Updated landscape plans that substitutes the Livistona
                                                           australis adjacent George street frontage with an
                                                           alternate large tree species such as Corymbia
                                                           tessellaris.
