               Furthermore, a condition number needs to be added to the car parking condition, as follows:
               Car Parking
               27.    A minimum of 4 car parking spaces must be provided and marked on the site and generally
                      in accordance with SCG Consulting Engineer’s Operational Works Driveway & Access Plan
                      (00469-OW4.1) dated March 2519/06/2026 and must include in particular:
                      a.      a. dimensions, crossfalls and gradients in accordance with Australian Standard
                              AS2890: Parking Facilities

               27.    Construct a 1.5 metre wide footpath within the road verge for the entire length of the site’s
                      frontage to George Street.
                      Condition 26 is imposed pursuant to s145 of the Planning Act 2016 being non-trunk
                      infrastructure.
               Recommended Correction of Administrative Matters
               It is recommended that this condition be updated, as follows, to refer to the correct condition
               number in the second sentence as the condition is numbered:
               28.    Construct a 1.5 metre wide footpath within the road verge for the entire length of the site’s
                      frontage to George Street.
                      Condition 2628 is imposed pursuant to s145 of the Planning Act 2016 being non-trunk
                      infrastructure.

               29.    The site must be provided with a stormwater drainage system connecting to a lawful point of
                      discharge. The works must be undertaken generally in accordance with SCG Consulting
                      Engineer’s Operational Works Stormwater Management Plan (00469-SW1.1) dated March
                      25 and must include in particular:
                      a.      3,000L of on-site rainwater retention per dwelling.
