APPENDIX IV – EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN
The Emergency Response Plan is in its draft form and will be completed upon the
completion of the hotel and key staff positions such as General Manager, Executive
Manager, Assistance General manager, Manager of Rooms and Food and Beverage and
potentially an Operations Manager or Engineer.

Introduction

This Emergency Response Plan has been prepared as part of the Development Application
for Noosa Spring Real Estate Pty Ltd for a hotel to be located adjacent to the existing Noosa
Spring Country Golf and Spa Resort.

Plan format

This Emergency Response Plan provides;

       The Plan Version,
       Emergency Notification Flow Chart,
       Emergency Planning Committee and Emergency Response Team,
       External Agency Contact Numbers,
       Organisational Matters,
       Emergency Response Plan, and
       Evacuation Plan.

Plan Version

The version of this plan is provided below. A note of which version is currently in use and to
whom it has been circulated is to be maintained in the table below.
