                                   The CFW and GM are to issue an evacuation notice too
                                    all Guests and staff to evacuate to the Golf Club.
                                   The Emergency Management Committee and
                                    designated staff members will assist all guests and

                                   The Senior Rooms Manager is to record all guest and
                                    staff who evacuate to the evacuation centre and check
                                    that against the Hotel guest’s data.


                                   The GM and Senior Rooms Manager are to s=ensure all
                                    Guests and Staff remain at the Evacuation centre until
                                    Emergency Services give the instruction that they can

  Event                            The Chief Fire Warden is to provide any assistance they
                                    can along with any designated Staff to Emergency
                                    Services during the Emergency bushfire event.


                                   The Chief Fire Warden is to assess all Hotel
                                    infrastructure and landscaping to identify any impacts
  Post Emergency                    from the bushfire event, photograph and make all
  Event                             necessary records and report to the Emergency
                                    Planning Committee.




Emergency Planning Committee

The role of the Emergency Planning Committee is to provide high level planning and
preparedness by the resort for all emergency events that are likely to occur within and
around the resort and impact on the Resort’s structures, guests, visitors and staff.

The General Manager will be responsible for issuing all instructions to other members of the
Committee and Guests.

The Chief Fire Warden will be responsible for managing the Hotels response to a Bushfire
event and assist, where required, Emergency Services in access into and around the Hotel
grounds.
