7.3    Predicted Road Traffic Noise Levels - 2029
Road traffic noise modelling for the proposed development was based on the following information:

      Site layout provided by Jared Poole Design, job no BP1074, drawings SK1.01 to SK3.03, issue
       M, dated 04.06.19.
      Myall Street speed limit of 60km/h.
      Bruce Highway speed limit of 100km/h.
      Receiver heights were based on 1.5m above finished floor level.
      +2.5dB(A) Façade correction

Table 10 presents the predicted road traffic noise impacts for each lot.
