            SECTION 260 – LODGEMENT OF A DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

We act for Mogpropmanagement Pty Ltd, in lodging this Development Application which seeks
approval for the following aspects of development:-

      •    Development Permit for Material Change of Use to establish Industrial Business Type 2
           (Production, alteration, repackaging & repairing) [Code Assessable].

This application relates to land at 178 Eumundi Noosa Road, Noosaville more formally described
as part of Lot 101 on SP241371.

APPLICATION MATERIAL

In accordance with Section 260 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, we provide the following
information in support of this application:-

      •    IDAS Application Forms 1 & 5;

      •    Letter of land owners consent;

      •    Our client’s cheque to the value of $4,700.00 for application fees, calculated as follows:-

           Base Fee (up to 500m2 TUA)                                                $4,225.00
