PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
The proposed development involves a new residential dwelling at 1179 Louis Bazzo Drive. Access is
proposed via the existing all-movements driveway. The proposed site layout is shown in Figure 2 and
attached.

SIGHT DISTANCE


Sight Distance Assessment

A sight distance assessment was undertaken on Wednesday 6 October 2021 to determine the available
sight distance at the proposed site access driveway. On-site observations indicate the available sight
distance at the access driveway is approximately 230m to the east and in excess of 300m to the west, as
shown in Figure 3.
