Reference is made to your request for third party advice from the Department of Transport
and Main Roads (TMR) in relation to the abovementioned development application in
accordance with section 256 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA).

TMR has assessed the proposed development offers the following advice with respect to the
application:

Holts Road / Myall Street Intersection

TMR has reviewed the Traffic Engineering Report prepared by TTM dated 7 June 2016,
reference 16BRT0201, revision 2, Letter: Further Analysis of the Myall Street / Holts Road
Intersection prepared by TTM dated 6 September 2016 (TTM Letter) and SIDRA files.
