      1.3. QUALIFICATIONS OF COMPANY AND COMPETENT PERSONS

             Staff utilized in the preparation of the work includes Mr. Jason Lindsay (RPEQ
             4928) a Civil Engineer whom has worked as a Civil, Structural, and
             Geotechnical engineer since 1990 performing geotechnical evaluation during his
             employment with John Wilson and Partners Tewantin Office which was attached
             to the John Wilson and Partners Soils and Materials Laboratory. In his over 30
             year experience Mr. Lindsay has carried out over ten thousand site and soil
             evaluations including site classifications in accordance with AS2870 and
             geotechnical evaluations for stability on many of these sites.

2. DESCRIPTION OF EXISTING CONDITIONS
   2.1. TOPOGRAPHY, BUILDINGS, OTHER STRUCTURES

             The allotment has an existing residence and pool located on the western side and
             several sheds to the southern boundary of the allotment with the proposed new
             lot to be constructed as shown in appendix A.

             Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd carried out a walk over evaluation of the proposed
             site with the site consisting of sandy clay materials, typical of the area.

             The site falls from the south west corner of the allotment towards the north
             eastern corner at falls of up to 15%.
