      2.2. GROUNDWATER

             No groundwater was observed during the testing or inspection of the site,
             however, possible seasonal water tables or seepage may be possible along the
             unweathered rock layer.


      2.3. SURFACE DRAINAGE

             Drainage of the allotment would be described as average, with the gully area in
             the adjacent park being an area of continual moisture.

      2.4. VEGETATION

             The site is moderately treed with cleared areas around the residence and along
             the southern side of the block.


3. ASSESSMENT OF LAND STABILITY
   3.1. EXISTING CONDITIONS AND POST DEVELOPMENT

             The area in general and the proposed allotment predominately consist of
             weathered materials, the clayey sand and sandy clay materials previously
             described, overlying unweathered bedrocks. During formation of the present
             geological landscape the overlying material weathered away leaving this thin
