             Based on the inspection carried out over the site Lindsay Consulting Pty Ltd is
             of the opinion that the existing allotment including the location for the proposed
             subdivision and residence is stable.

             A qualitive risk assessment of the geotechnical stability of the site has been
             carried out in accordance with the Australian Geotechnical Society guidelines.
             Refer Appendix E for a printout of the assessment.
