Include credit balances in the settlement calculation
Credit balances are to be included in the settlement adjustment as they will transfer to
the new property owner at settlement.
Do not include pensioner rebates or subsidies in the settlement calculation
These are applied for the full quarter based on the seller’s status at the time of billing. No
adjustment is required.
Send us a copy of the Property Information Transfer (Form 24)
This contains the information we require to establish an account for the buyer. Please
email the copy to us at [email protected]! You can now pay your settlement payment with BPAY
Pay easily with BPAY using the biller code and unique reference number at the bottom of
the next page.
When making settlement payments by cheque
Complete the payment remittance slip at the bottom of the page. This has been prefilled
