The fraction impervious value applied for each of the source nodes are detailed
below in Table 5.

2.3.2 Catchment Areas
The development site has been split into seven (7) sub-catchments. Three
catchments represent the tavern site that drain to two outlets. Two catchments
represent the new road area that also drain to two different outlets (drainage
reserve and Lanyana Way). While the remaining two represent the specialty shops,
which have their own treatment. Catchments A, C, E and F have buildings whose
roofed areas are modeled as roof. The rest of each catchment is modeled as road.
There are two small areas within Catchments E and F, which leave the site untreated
